Cyprian has a wealth of experience in the real estate sector, having been extensively involved for over twenty (20) years, both in the private and public sectors. He has a good grasp of the property market in Nairobi, having practiced in the city for a long time. He is proficient in valuation, site acquisition, property management, and estate agency.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi.
He is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (MISK)-Valuation and Estate Management Surveyors (VEMS) Chapter. He is also a registered & licensed valuer by the Valuers Registration Board of Kenya under the Valuers Act, Cap 532.
