He has over twenty (20) years of experience in real estate practice in the public and private sectors, with broad exposure to valuation, estate management, and land resource management. He has held senior valuation positions at the National Housing Corporation, Kenya Railways Corporation, and Lloyd Masika Limited, where he carried out valuation for mortgage, insurance, rating, and acquisition purposes.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi and is currently undertaking a Master’s Degree in Urban Management from the same University.
He is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (MISK)-Valuation and Estate Management Surveyors (VEMS) Chapter and a member of the National Council in the same institution. In addition, he is the Secretary of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya, Western Kenya Branch, and a Registered & Licensed Valuer by the Valuers Registration Board of Kenya under the Valuers Act Cap 532.
